Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform follow up DETAILS: 4/6 monthly routine positive. Received positive repeat 4/13/10. Called operator Butch. System took 4 repeats 4/9 following positive repeat, 3 from distribution and one from source. Distribution repeat from next door positive. System will chlorinate and they suspect some remodeling. Will take special to see if chlorination worked next week and 5 temporary routines in May ACTION NEEDED: Chlorinate, take special and take 5 temporary routines in May. Distribute public notice with next bill and submit copy
