Details: SUMMARY: Possible Lake Oswego WTP Rebuild to suppor Tigard DETAILS: At the WS Survey, Kari described a rough possible timeline outlining how a possible Tigard-Lake Oswego merger would transpire:

Increase capacity of WTP, intake, and raw water pipe to 32-38 mgd.
Appropriate water rights would be sought/certified/developed
Dec 2010 - RFQ/RFPs would go out
2011 - Design and partial construction
2013-1014 construction.
Project Deadline is 2016.

Not coincidentally, Portlands contract to sell Tigard water ends in 2016. ACTION NEEDED: none
