| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform 3/22/10 DETAILS: I left message for Rick describing the repeat and temporary routine sampling requirements and asked for a return call. I called Neilson Research and repeat samples have not been submitted. I left another message for Rick on his voice mail. 3/29/10 Spoke with Rick and he informed me that he is obtaining sample bottle from Neilson and will collect repeats today. I advised him to have the lab report results early and to have him also fax the results to the state. 4/16/10 - Four repeat samples collected 3/29/10 tested negative. ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary routines need to be collected in April 2010 | ||
