| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive repeat coliform DETAILS: Three of four repeat samples positive for coliform. Operator has had conversation with a consultant who believes that the storage tank vent is not properly screened and may be introducing organic material into the tank. The system is to be shock chlorinated followed by a special sample for verification. Public notice for the MCl violation has been received. The operator is aware of submitting five temporary routine samples in May. The operator discussed the possibility of UV for maintenance purposes. He was advised of the plan review requirements.
