| Details: | SUMMARY: Failed to submit coliform DETAILS: I spoke with Travis regarding missed first quarter sample. He explained that he thought he had ten days to submit a sample beyond the end of the quarter. I explained the sample must be collected with the quarter and results sent to the state by the tenth of the month. A coliform sample was collected 4/8/10, positive, with four repeats collected later in April that all tested negative per Neilson Research. ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary routines need to be collected in May and this was discussed with Travis 4/28/10 | ||
