| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Five samples from an Ecoli positive source water sample of well #1 are positive for coliform but absent for fecal bacteria. The samples were taken on 2/8/10 but not get entered. The samples were labeled as special and some how did not get entered into the on line data. The well was shock chlorinated and a special sample was taken. The special sample tested absent for coliform and fecal. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to monitor source water assessment samples. Monitor and document confirmation samples taken for source positive Ecoli samples. | ||
