Sent e-mail with boil notice template and BMPs for main break repair and pressure loss. Break is between treatment plant and Knowlton Heights Reservoir, after the branch to Dutch John Reservoir. ACTION NEEDED: Coquille will issue boil water notice via radio, television, and postings as well as collect 5 coliform samples. | ||
