Details: SUMMARY: Coliform violation DETAILS: Spoke with Loren by phone 9/15/09 regarding positive coliform. Instructed to take 4 repeat samples and he indicated he had already done so. 9/17/09 spoke with Loren again and all 4 samples came back negative. Told him nothing else was needed at this time and reminded to take 5 routine samples in October 2009. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 more samples in October2010
