| Details: | SUMMARY: Non reporting coliform October 1 to October 31, 2009 DETAILS: Spoke with John 9/8/09 regarding positive coliform and Ecoli. Instructed to take 4 repeat samples and he indicated he had posted the Tier 1 notice already and was taken 4 samples that morning. 9/10/09 spoke with John again and all 4 samples came back negative. Told him nothing else was needed at this time. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 more samples in October 2009 | ||
