| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform sample DETAILS: Explained to Neal that sample result from 4/29/10 positive and that rule required 4 repeat samples to be taken and if any of those samples showed coliform present to please call me back as a public notice was required and need to identify and fix problems plus 5 temporary routine samples required toward the end of May. Completed new contact info for water system identifying Neal as primary contact. Also, encouraged Neal to try and enroll in the May 11th system operators course at SOCC. ACTION NEEDED: 4 repeats ASAP. Public notice may be needed if repeats positive. 5 routine samples needed later in the month than repeats. | ||
