| Details: | David called to report the repeat detection at the same address. He said he didn't want to use the outside tap as it had a hose splitter attached (site of orignal detection) so grabed it from the kitchen sink. He wasn't aware he needed to remove the aerator screen and thinks it was also a swivel faucet. I went over proper sampling technique and emailed him a copy of the L1 coliform investigation form. David is going to complete the form and return it to me. | ||
