| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Sample was taken at the wellhead, pre-treatment and was not required. 4 temporary routine samples were submitted at the same time and a 5th is due prior to months end. Also, discussed need to clarify on paperwork where samples are coming from. Need to call the state regarding plan review for UV treatment that appears to have been installed a couple of years ago. ACTION NEEDED: Collect a 5th temporary routine sample. Call regarding UV plan review. | ||
