| Details: | SUMMARY: Well Evaluation DETAILS: From the well report evaluation: Well draws water from a semi-confined layered basalt aquifer. Although surface water is within 500 ft, the sensitivity analysis does not indicate a highly sensitive condition of the well construction or the aquifer. No coliform sampling history has been established yet so sampling results could not be factored into determination. However, there is no evidence to suggest that the well would draw unfiltered surface water from the nearby un-named creek. ACTION NEEDED: None. If TC+s persist, treatment can be added. |
