| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Ecoli DETAILS: Raw source water sample taken and results showed positive for Ecoli. Contacted operator and discussed new Ground Water Rule (GWR) and need for 5 additional source water samples. He was unaware of the new requirements and said he would take the samples the following day. A letter was also sent explaining the GWR requirements and instructions if the additional source water samples are positive. ACTION NEEDED: None | ||
