| Details: | SUMMARY: Non reporting coliform DETAILS: Spoke to operator on the phone and he said the samples were taken and submitted to the lab. He was under the assumption they were already reported to the state. I contacted Lisa at Umpqua research and she verified the samples were received and absent of coliform. She said she would fax the reports to the state. ACTION NEEDED: Verify results were received by the state. | ||
