| Details: | SUMMARY: Called to obtain results of repeat sampling after E. coli positive DETAILS: Had called Bill Jones, Myrtle Tree property manager (541-260-0955) to confirm sample results were received. He did not have them and said they were delivered to McCowan for analysis last week. I called McCowan, which received the samples on May 21st, a Friday. McCowan contacted Barbara den Heyer that day asking for approval to charge their Friday delivery fee on the four samples. Barbara rejected the fee and said to discard the samples. I called Bill Jones back and asked that he sample next Tuesday (Monday is Memorial Day). ACTION NEEDED: Ask DWP management for response to Barbara den Heyers refusal to analyze the samples. | ||
