| Details: | SUMMARY: Status of Compliance with Administrative Order DETAILS: I called Bette Carter this morning to discuss compliance with outstanding AO. I discussed with Bette that she had missed the deadline relating to a certified operator (Compliance Action No 8). Bette indicated that she had met with Martin Klinger and that he had agreed to come back to Boulder Creek as the certified operator. When asked about a written contract, Bette indicated that they have not prepared a contract. She said she would call him today. I reminded her that receipt of a copy of the contract was required to be submitted to DWP as part of the AO. She indicated that she has been very busy and stressed dealing with current requirements by the PUC with regards to meter reading and billing at the Salmon River WC system. I encourage her to carefully read and review the Boulder Creek AO and pay special attention to the deadlines for the Compliance Actions. She also indicated that Rob Henry (HBH) and David Funderburk (Quality Water Systems) had met with her sometime last week and performed a detailed inspection of both the Boulder Creek and Bear Creek water systems and would be preparing a report soon. I reminded her of the requirement of the AO that construction plans be stamped by an Oregon PE. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor compliance activities. | ||
