Details: SUMMARY: Violation follow up DETAILS: 5/21/10 - Sent letter stating I conducted a system survey with your assistance on Oct 30, 2008. During the survey we discussed routine sampling requirements for coliform bacteria and nitrate. However, the last coliform result on record is from March 25, 2009 and the last nitrate result is from Oct of 2000. As a result your system has accumulated several violations for non reporting results. I have attempted to contact you on several occasions and left messages on 3/5 and 4/13/2010. I also tried to contact Dawn Crowley but her number is no longer in service. Additionally two of your tenants have contacted me with concerns regarding their water quality. It is imperative you contact me and/or your water lab immediately and begin testing to bring water system back into compliance. Your coliform testing should be done quarterly by June 30, 2010 and Nitrate done annually and by June 30, 2010 ACTION NEEDED: Begin routine sampling immediately and ensure results are submitted to the state. If no progress is made on these requirements, a formal enforcement order may be issued. Call me with any questions - 541-388-6563
