| Details: | SUMMARY: Getting new water system online into database DETAILS: August 2009 Cheryl Dunn contacted this health department about opening a new pre-school/child day care center and how to go about getting established as a public water system and assigned a system number. This department provided the assistance to Cheryl for documenting her water system, including the plan review process and obtaining a number. After some delay time, this system was officially activated in database in January 2010 ACTION NEEDED: Begin routine water quality monitoring of system for nitrate and coliform bacteria. | ||
