Details:	SUMMARY: Sanitary Survey follow up DETAILS: Met with this system on 5/5/10 and again on 5/21/10 to review the deficiencies that were noted during the 1/27/10 survey, and the steps the system needs to take to correct stated deficiencies. The initial review meeting on 5/5/10 lasted about 90 minutes in the field. Spoke with system again 5/21/10 via email and reviewed a number of their documents, including the ERP, coliform sampling plan, and operations and maintenance manual. After reviewing these documents today and speaking with Susan again, all deficiencies have been corrected. The above three stated items are now in place and the system no longer has any significant deficiencies. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to update the ERP as needed.
