| Details: | SUMMARY: Status of DRC Responsibilities DETAILS: Martin called today to notify me that he had just contacted the Portland office to direct them to remove his name as the DRC for the Boulder Creek WS effective immediately. He stated that he had discussed the possibility of being the DRC for the Boulder Creek WS with Bette Carter approx. one or two months ago but had heard nothing from her since that time. I told Martin that the current Administrative Order for this water system requires that DWP receive a copy of the contract between the designated certified operator and the owner of the water system. To date DWP has not received any documentation relating to this issue. I suggested to him that should he consider being the DRC, he and Bette Carter need to prepare a contract and submit it to DWP as soon as possible. ACTION NEEDED: None at this time. | ||
