| Details: | SUMMARY: Non reporting coliform DETAILS: Did not sample for fourth quarter. All phone numbers have been disconnected. Will have Brandon stop by and have them sample this week and supply us with active phone numbers. The facility is in violation with the food code and will be sited as such. 4/16/10 max Breedlove made a site visit and was told the sample had been taken the day prior to Maxs visit. Will moniotr to ensure testing was done. Routine quarterly sample taken on 4/14/10 and received at the state 4/29/10 ACTION NEEDED: None | ||
