| Details: | SUMMARY: Late reporting arsenic DETAILS: I called and spoke with Kris Lowrie about the missing 1st quarter routine arsenic test. She mentioned the sample was missed - it was not taken due to issues with the treatment system. I asked them to get a sample in ASAP. Kris said Mike was aware and would be taking the sample soon. 2nd quarter routine arsenic test taken on 4/19/10 and received at the state on 5/5/10. Result was 0.003 mg/l ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
