| Details: | SUMMARY: Non reporting repeat coliform DETAILS: System had a positive 1st quarter routine coliform 2/25/10 and never reported any repeat or temporary routine samples. I spoke with Tony and he mentioned he did disinfect the well. He is having a routine test taken ASAP. System reclassified as NP (no longer an elementary school) and routine test taken on 5/13/10 was absent for coliform. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
