| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Phone call to Mr. Hardin. The sample submitted on 4/29/10 was positive. Mr. Hardin understands he has to take 5 temporary routine samples next month. He will take a sample from the well as part of the sampling required for this month and next. There was work done on the system as the area has a lot of demolition occurring on the site. There is only on site to sample from so will be sampling daily and taking one of the samples from the well. ACTION NEEDED: Complete 4 repeat samples this month, make necessary adjustments to the system and take 5 temporary routine samples in the month of June. | ||
