| Details: | SUMMARY: Monitoring coliform violation DETAILS: 5/20/10 Contacted Gary about violation for April. Gary contacted Water Lab and they said they attempted to get the sample but could not get in. Gary is going to look into getting a different lab to take their samples. He said the May sample had already been taken. I will check SDWIS again next week to see if results for May have been reported. 5/24/10 checked SDWIS and system monitored on May 6, 2010 and reported on May 20, 2010. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
