Details: SUMMARY: Non reporting nitrate DETAILS: Violation for no 1st quarter nitrate. System is on quarterly nitrate due to elevated nitrates in 2008. Called system and discussed. Also called the state and asked if system should remain on quarterly or go back to annual since they have 5 quarterly samples under 2mg/l. Will wait for decision from state and change chemical schedule if needed. ACTION NEEDED: Continue taking quarterly nitrate until changed
