| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation follow up DETAILS: No 4th quarter result. System, ball fields is open April 1-October 31 and needs 2nd, 3rd, and 4th quarters. Called parks district several times over several months and discussed missing sample. System submitted sample 5/18/10 and was negative. Discussed possibly changing closing date to 9/30 to avoid need for 4th quarter sample based on when the park is actually open. ACTION NEEDED: Continue taking 2nd, 3rd and 4th quarter coliform samples and annual nitrate. Will discuss dates more with system and see if we should change the end date to September 30 | ||
