| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: 3 of 4 repeat samples positive. Called Nathan and discussed and he thinks it may have been a leaky blow off valve. He will chlorinate reservoir and flush and take two special verification samples. Nathan will fax me copy of public notice for this MCL. ACTION NEEDED: Distribute public notice within 30 days and get a copy to me. Take 5 temporary routines in June. If all absent can go back to 1 a month. | ||
