| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Contacted Tom about positive repeat coliform. He said that he had a public notice template and would fill it out & post it. He will also fax the public notice to this office. He indicated the well and distribution system will be disinfected. I let him know they will need 5 temporary routine samples for June. He said he would be sure the samples are taken. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain public notice and monitor further sampling & respond if necessary. | ||
