| Details: | SUMMARY: site visit - confirm nitrate public notice DETAILS: Bill Goss and Amy Baker made a site visit to the mill on 6/1/10. The contact on record: Rod Moore, is no longer with the mill. The new maintenance supervisor is Scott Ezell. He is now listed as the administrative contact. The reason for the visit was to confirm a high nitrate public notice had been posted. The posting was confimed in 2 break room areas. A copy of the public notice was made and placed in the file. Amy sent Scott an email that detailed the system information on the web display and also information about the SWSTC both OAWU and the on-line course. ACTION NEEDED: Continue quarterly nitrate monitoring and posting of nitrate public notice. | ||
