| Details: | SUMMARY: Reviewed water system survey, operations, and arsenic treatment DETAILS: Burnett met on site with Gerald & Joan Karrle, owners, and Sharon Petty, resident manager. We reviewed the requirements listed on the December 2009 water system survey and all issues are being addressed. The Karrles had prepared a cross connection control document and provided a copy to Burnett. Lead & copper samples will be collected in June. Also, the owners will contact Scott Petterson with Lindsey Eco-Water in Ontario to see if a maintenance contract can be set up for the arsenic treatment. ACTION NEEDED: Cross connection control document submitted to Tom Perry at Portland office. | ||
