| Details: | SUMMARY: Sanitary Survery follow up DETAILS: Reviewed the coliform sampling plan for Agate Creek and found it complies with the state rules. The over flow tank has an overflow a screen and a vent, the UV light had a service tech from Integrity Plumbing review all the alarms and verify the UV light is in proper working condition. The manual has been updated and placed with the Emergency Response Plan packet. ACTION NEEDED: All deficiencies hav been corrected. | ||
