| Details: | SUMMARY: Failed to submit coliform sample DETAILS: I spoke with Sharon regarding violation. She informed me that she didnt know how to collect a water sample and that transportation to the lab is an issue for her and she waited for the owner, Ramon, to come up from California to show her. A sample was collected on 4/14/10 I advised her that contracting with the lab to collect sample may be a good idea for her. ACTION NEEDED: A 2nd quarter sample was collected 4/14/10. | ||
