| Details: | phone message to facility. facility should take assessment sample to confirm bacteria location, either from source or just in distribution. level 2 investigation to be determined based on wild fires in area. facility contact 9/10 - facility noted issues during level 1 but have not sent copy to lchd. facility noted media issues but there is no treatment noted for system. facility changed replaced media. facility may flush system again. facility also noted there is no sample tap for well - system will try and install prior to level 2 and possibly flush/shock system. facility will also take AS sample as soon as this is competed. due to wild fires the park is closed and the water system is not actively providing water to the public. |
