| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed regulatory requirements DETAILS: I called Betty to determine whether either or both Maggie Highland systems were still active and operational, and to let her know that they still have regulatory requirements that are not being fulfilled. Both these state-regulated systems have gone without contact, sanitary surveys, and without submitting regular samples since 1991. Betty stated that both systems are still active and supplying water to their respective populations. She said that they will begin submitting sampling results again.
