| Details: | SUMMARY: Questions from Owner regarding Administrative Order DETAILS: Janine called multiple times today to discuss actions being taken to bring water system into compliance. She reported that they have a consultant that is preparing construction plans to address filtration requirements. She is confident that the plans will be submitted by AO deadline. Janine also notified me that Martin Klinger would be the DRC for Bear Creek. I reminded Janine that the AO had specific requirements relating to the contract with the DRC and that documentation must be submitted to DWP in accordance with AO. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for submittal of documentation relating to AO. | ||
