| Details: | SUMMARY: Status report on change in operations DETAILS: Janine called to inform me that her mother (Bette Carter) has signed paperwork transferring the operational responsibility for Salmon River WC to Panther Creek WD. DWP and PUC were previously notified that this action may be taken. DWP awaits formal notification as to the change in responsibilities. It is anticipated that Panther Creek operators will address the monitoring deficiencies included in the current AO, however, Salmon River remains responsible until DWP determines otherwise. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for formal notification of change. | ||
