| Details: | SUMMARY: concern about lack of communication DETAILS: The customer called saying that several people on the system were concerned that the operator had not been in contact or responded to their questions and concerns. There are also some billing issues. Then they became worried that no one was looking over the system. I checked the sampling history, and the system is in compliance. It appears that someone is taking the samples, so whatever issues they may have are not water quality issues. I checked with Jeff at Deschutes County and he agreed. ACTION NEEDED: I told Ed about our website with the WQ info on it, and he was going to let his neighbors know about that. | ||
