| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform & Ecoli DETAILS: Received alert 5/14/10, called system and walked them through the process of dealing with positive sample including posting a Tier 1 notice. Faxed packet of information as well after the phone call. The system did take 4 repeat samples and submitted those on 5/17 in which all 4 samples came back negative for Ecoli and coliform. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 routine samples in June 2010 | ||
