| Details: | SUMMARY: Sanitary survey follow up DETAILS: I visited system to check on deficiencies. Since there still is no written coliform plan, I called Teresa at Umpqua Research to see if she has a plan on file. She said no, but that Nic Fetterhoff is working on that for all of the systems that HooDoo operates. 5/26/10 I called Charles,Mick, to remind him that until there is a written plan to be sure to have Russell pick up some of the quarterly samples from the house and or motel. ACTION NEEDED: Still needs a coliform sampling plan. | ||
