| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform violation DETAILS: Made a visit to talk to Shirley. She said she didnt know why the lab hadnt taken a sample. I documented on her report that she had to take the sample ASAP. 5/21/10 Pacific Analytical contacted me to find out how soon the sample needed to be taken. They told me they stopped drawing samples because she had not paid them for over a year. They said she has now paid them and they would be out to draw the samples next week. Sample was taken 5/27 and reported 6/1/10 ACTION NEEDED: Violation resolved | ||
