| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate monitoring DETAILS: Chuck Michael from the state received a nitrate sample from the OSU extension service which is not an accredited lab. Chuck stated the sample could not be validated. I left a voice mail at the operators residence. I received a voice mail in return that I should call his cell phone. I left a voice mail at the cell phone and to date have not received a return call. ACTION NEEDED: I will try to make contact again via voice mail | ||
