| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform follow up DETAILS: Repeat samples were taken on different days. All taken in distribution were positive for coliforms. One of the repeats was taken from the source was clean. I talked to operator regarding batch chlorinating the reservoir to 2ppm by adding 26 oz to the 12,500 gal concrete reservoir. The operator is planning on hooking up the chlorine pump for residual maintenance purposes. I suggested a 025-.3ppm residual in distribution. ACTION NEEDED: 5 routine samples for June and a public notice is needed - posting and send a copy to the state. | ||
