Details:	SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Source water sample was positive for coliforms, I contacted operators to remind him of the importance of maintaining a good chlorine residual in distribution especially when the source water tested positive. ACTION NEEDED: Continue monitoring the water monthly from the source and test on a quarterly basis for normal routine bacteriological testing.
