| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up on treatment DETAILS: Jim called about letter from the state notifying system that under current rules treatment is inadequate. Jim requested contact info for Jay MacPherson in Springfield which was provided as well as number for HBH circuit rider. He is concerned they were once told was suitable for eliminating parasites is no loner legal. Jim also commented he was confident the system had been consistently seding in monthly surface water treatment reports for April and May 2010 where violations were now showing. He also stated at my suggestion he had mailed in past missing reports according to state in hopes of having some old surface water report violations removed. I encouraged him to keep on mailing in the reports and consider verifying with his secretary where the reports are being mailed to and consider calling the state and see if it can be determined if reports are in fact being received.
