Details:	SUMMARY: Discussed compliance situation at Boulder Creek DETAILS: Janine called to inform DWP that she and her mother (Bette Carter) are doing everything possible to correct the violations at the Boulder Creek and Bear Creek water systems. She also stated that she had just met with their engineer and that we should be receiving plans and the plan review fee before the June 30 deadline specified in the Order. She wanted to make it very clear that they were doing everything possible to comply with our regulations, and that there was nothing more that they could be doing. I stated that the document submitted regarding the responsibilities and duties of Martin Klinger as the DRC of Boulder Creek was lacking some of the information required in an operators contract. Janine asked what other information was required, and I stated that DWP would call her with that information. ACTION NEEDED: Await submittal of the plans for the WTP improvements and call the water system to clarify our expectations regarding contract between water systems and certified operators.
