| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: Called and spoke with Susan. Coliforms found present in sample dated 6/10/10. Instructed that 4 repeat samples will need to be taken ASAP. One sample from original testing site sink #2 one closest to the well head as possible and two other samples from within the system. And the following month 5 temporary routine samples are required. ACTION NEEDED: Susan will take samples as soon as she goes to lab to retrieve sample bottles. This should occur within 1 day | ||
