| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive repeat coliform DETAILS: Emailed Kathleen & notified her the system had a positive repeat. I asked her if the hand pump has a public notice posted or if the handle was removed from the pump. If a public notice was posted I asked her to provide a copy. If they removed the handle from the pump to please let this office know. I also asked if repairs had been made since the survey from last year. I will notify her the system will need 5 temporary routines for July when I get a response. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain public notice. | ||
