| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform reporting DETAILS: Phone consultation 3/11/10 with Sally discussing the violation for non reporting nitrate in 2009. Reinforced the need for annual nitrate test. She stated she would get one with the first quarter coliform. We also discussed quarterly coliform testing and the procedure after a positive, 4 repeats samples as soon as possible and 5 routine the following month ACTION NEEDED: Annual nitrate test in 2010 and quarterly coliform testing. | ||
